The Green Bay High School expansion represents a refined iteration of the Watts & Hughes kitset solution, delivered under a Design & Build contract and currently progressing well on programme.

As a large co-educational secondary school with a long-term master plan roll of 3,200 students, the project provides essential new capacity through the delivery of 18 Roll Growth Teaching Spaces, additional non-teaching areas—including specialist laboratories and resource rooms—and upgraded carparking to meet designation requirements.

Working within a busy Year 9–13 environment has required disciplined staging, predictable daily operations, and close coordination with school leadership. Regular site walks, structured communication channels, and opportunities for students to observe the construction process have supported broader outcomes and strengthened the school’s connection to the project. Safety, clarity, and minimal disruption remain central to the delivery approach.
